Delete your Looopin account
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time, from this page or from Settings in the Looopin apps. We process requests within 30 days and confirm by email or SMS.
What happens to your data
- We delete your name, phone number, email address and login.
- Loyalty cards, points and unused rewards are removed and cannot be restored.
- Anonymised transaction records may be kept where the law or accounting rules require it.
- Business owners: the business and its staff accounts are closed; cancel your subscription in Billing first.
We verify your identity before deleting anything.
